The Cold Rock Apartments are situated on a road which leads to Jontien beach, and nearby the apartments are several very cheap restraunts. Our room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, plenty of storage space, and a good shower with hot, clean water available 24 hours a day. The room also had a fridge, and wifi was excellent, fast and easy to connect. The location is quiet at night and we were able to get a good night sleep every night. Cleaning can be requested every day or less frequently which offers flexibility, and clean towels and two bottles of water are provided each day. The apartments can be booked daily, weekly monthly or yearly. We did experience a problem checking in which was due to a misunderstanding of who we had booked through, but once we settled in we enjoyed our stay here. This is a good place for people on a budget to stay, and away from the noisy bar and nightlife areas to allow sleep. However, it's still easy to get a baht bus into Pattaya or to Jontien nightlife areas if you are looking to party.

Cold rock apartment is located in Chayapreuk road, a main road that directly goes to Jomtien Beach. The place itself is well located, not too close to the beach but very near from Sukhumvit road what is something very convinient if you are thinking touring around, will save you from the traffic that usually happens in Jomtien road beach avenue. I do not recommend for long stays maybe not more than 2 nights probably. The building and rooms they look very unattended this days, probably manager has changed. It is not about dirty, its more about a renovation. The room looks poor, the towels in the bathroom are very old. First night, the room full of mosquitos. Sleeping in the bed it all less comfortable, hard like a stone, very painful. Old TV, very noisy air conditioner, really a pitty because location is good. PROS: Location. CONS: the condition of the rooms and the building itself, really need a renovation, specially if we think about all the competitors around that they offer better installation at the same price. No breakfast is included. No laundry or coin operated washing machine.

неплохой,бюджетный отель,с небольшими номерами,чистенько уютненько что еще требуется для недорогого бюджетного отдыха надо сбегать на пляж вечером потусить на все нужны денежки а как еще сэкономить как не на отеле

โรงแรมง่ายต่อการเดินทางมา เพราะอยู่ใกล้กับถนนหลัก ห้องพักกว้างขวางพนักงานบริการดี คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา เหมาะสำหรับคนมีรถ เพราะต้องเดินทางไปหาด โรงแรมไม่ได้ติดหาด แต่มีที่จอดรถ มีพนักงานคอยดูแล24ชม. หากต้องการร้านคาสะดวกซื้อก้เดินออกจากโรงแรมนิดเดียวจะเจอเซเว่น
